A unique getaway to enjoy a quiet setting in the city's most picturesque area. The colonial house is located in the historic district of Fray Bentos, 50 meters from Plaza Constitución The ground floor has 2 adjoining bedrooms, a kitchen-dining room with a wood-burning stove, a living room with a TV, and an exit to the patio and barbecue. The top floor has a terrace and viewpoint to enjoy the best sunsets. We have bikes to go around the city. The space It has two bedrooms, both with air conditioning and a premium mattress in the master bedroom. The living room has TV, Netflix, Star+ ,the patio allows us to enjoy your garden and grillboard. The kitchen-dining room features a wood-burning stove, brick walls, and warm lights at night making it a cozy place. Upstairs, (30 steps)we access the viewpoint to enjoy the river and its colors at sunset. Guest access Guests have access to every part of the house. Other things to note Our place doesn't have parking, but our neighborhood is very quiet and we haven't had any vehicle incidents at the moment.
