A unique getaway to enjoy a quiet environment in the city's most picturesque area. The colonial house is located in the historic neighborhood of Fray Bentos, 50 meters from Plaza Constitución The ground floor has 2 adjoining bedrooms, a kitchen/dining room with a wood-burning stove, a living room with a TV and access to the patio and barbecue. The top floor has a terrace and viewpoint to enjoy the best sunsets. We have bicycles to tour the city. The space It has two bedrooms, both with air conditioning and a premium mattress in the master bedroom. The living room has TV, Netflix, Star+, the patio allows us to enjoy its garden and barbecue. The kitchen-dining room has a wood-burning stove, brick walls and warm lights at night that make it a cozy place. Upstairs, (30 steps) we access the viewpoint to enjoy the river and its colors at sunset. Guest access Guests have access to every part of the house. Other things to note Our accommodation does not have parking, but our neighborhood is very quiet and we have not had any vehicle incidents at this time.
