The space Welcome to your private oasis on 8 acres of lush greenery! This beautiful cottage boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with five cozy queen beds that comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. The bathrooms are newly upgraded and feature gorgeous porcelain tiles and modern touches throughout. Relax in the open concept living and dining room, complete with a large sofa, 65" flatscreen TV, and fireplace. The dining room features a large table with ample seating. The spacious kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all utensils needed for cooking and eating. The kitchen island contains additional bar seating! Unwind in the main level den with two additional sofas, fireplace, bar, and foosball table. The lower level features a spacious pool table room with a fireplace and additional seating. It is the perfect setting for lounging with your loved ones. The garage also features a full-size ping pong table for additional entertainment. While outside, take a dip in the in-ground swimming pool, fire up the BBQ, or gather around the fire pit for a cozy evening outdoors. Please be advised the pool is open seasonally from 15-May to 15-Sept. There is an additional charge of $400 if you require the pool to be heated during your stay75(f).Kindly inform us at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date! 1-1 Enjoy our heated pool surrounded by nature! It’s warm and comfortable, but not hot like a hot tub. A peaceful spot to relax and unwind. 2. Our pool is nestled among the trees — it’s like swimming in nature! We keep it clean, but now and then a friendly leaf might drop in to say hello. 3.Instructions on how to use the hot tub can be found in the white guidebook, which will be available once you enter the property. 4. No smoking indoors. 5. Pet fee of $50 per pet applies to all reservations 6. No unauthorized parties or guests. 7. There are four additional single cots available if your guest count exceeds 10 guests. There is a charge of $50 per additional guest. 8. Please be advised that our neighbour is a beekeeper. You may notice some honey bees on the property, however they are harmless. 9 Hot Tub Rules for Guests: 1. Shower before use: Please shower to remove any lotions, oils, or dirt before entering the hot tub. 2. No glassware: Use only plastic or non-breakable cups near the hot tub to avoid accidents. 3. Children supervision: Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times. 4. Limit time: Please limit hot tub use to 20-30 minutes at a time for safety. 5. Close the cover: Always close the hot tub cover when not in use to keep it clean and energy-efficient. 6. No pets: Pets are not allowed in the hot tub. 7. No food: Please avoid eating in or near the hot tub to keep it clean. 8. Be mindful of noise: Respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down, especially in the evening. 9. Health considerations: If you have health conditions (like heart issues or pregnancy), please consult a doctor before using the hot tub. 10. Report issues: Let us know if you notice anything unusual with the hot tub during your stay. 11: Hot Tub Notice Please note that our hot tub is maintained with chlorine to ensure a clean and safe experience. Some individuals may experience skin sensitivity or irritation due to chlorine exposure. If you have sensitive skin or are prone to reactions, please take this into consideration before using the hot tub. We recommend rinsing off after use and avoiding prolonged exposure if you’re unsure of your tolerance. These rules help ensure safety, cleanliness, and respect for neighbors while keeping the experience enjoyable for all. 12- “A cleaning fee of $375 will be charged if the pool or hot tub water is not kept clean. 13-Please note that the tap water is not recommended for drinking. We have provided a few bottles of water for your convenience, but we advise guests to bring their own drinkable water for the duration of their stay.
