Serenely situated on the bank of the Biloxi River in Gulfport is our tiny house The Hummingbird. Nestled deep on our 5 acre property along the riverfront is our 300 sqft newly renovated raised house. Enjoy everything that the Biloxi River has to offer: fishing, canoeing, kayaking, or going for a swim. Have a picnic right underneath the raised house or just relax on the front porch while watching the sunset. Bring your boat, jet skis, kayaks, or canoe! There's a small neighborhood slip right around the corner from our house. For larger watercraft, the public launch is nearby. Ample vehicle and trailer parking. Our location is off the beaten path, yet close to everything Gulfport has to offer. We are approximately 15 minutes from: Outlet Shopping, Waterpark, Casinos, Beaches, Museums, Aquarium, Ship Island Ferry, Fishing Excursions, Gulfport Sportsplex, MS Coast Coliseum, and many dining options. Great for Cruisin' the Coast! Absolutely no vaping or smoking inside the house. No Pets Allowed. No Parties or Events Swimming in the Biloxi River is At Your Own Risk. There is no Life Guard on Duty. Due to our unique location directly on the riverbank of a major waterway, the Biloxi River, the land can flood during severe storms. Owner monitors weather conditions closely and suggests guests follow the local weather station for weather updates. If your stay is cut short due to flooding, any remaining nights will be refunded. FOR YOUR SAFETY: We have 8 exterior cameras placed around the exterior of our property. There are no cameras located on the interior of the property, we 100% respect your privacy! NEED MORE SPACE?
