The space The flat features two floors. In the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms (one with a 180x200 cm bed and one with a sofa bed with two 80x200 cm mattresses), kitchen, dining area with another sofa bed (140x200 cm), a flat-screen TV (43 inch), a bathroom and a beautiful large terrace with a dining area and deck chairs. The 2nd floor (mansard) features two single beds (each 90x200 cm) which can be put together to a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and two terraces (one with sea-view and one towards the mountains). Laundry / change of towels and cleaning service can be arranged at an extra cost of 10 Euros / hour. Guest access You will have access to the 1st and 2nd floor (mansard) with it’s three terraces, which are both reached through the main entrance on Via Area Torre 41.
