Annex in a traditional farmhouse with pool

Between Argelès sur Mer and Collioure, and only 1 km from the popular beach of Racou, you will be accommodated in a 90 m² single-story apartment in a farmhouse, overlooking the bay of Argelès, located 3 km from the center of Argelès sur Mer, 3 km from Collioure and 1.5 km from the port of Argelès. The owners living in the upper part of the Mas, are at your disposal to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The space Accommodation for 4 people, consisting of 2 beautiful bedrooms, a 50 m² living room including open kitchen, living room and dining room, 1 bathroom and separate toilet. Partly outside, large terraces with swimming pool available, all in a green setting of cork oaks and Mediterranean plants entirely enclosed on 1 hectare. Other things to note We do not rent the apartment to groups of young people under 22 years of age. The people who booked the stay must be present. The apartment must be returned as clean as it was on arrival. If you do not wish to do the cleaning when you leave, please let us know, a cleaning fee of €80 will be requested. We also offer a linen package for 4 people including (sheets, towels and tea towels) for an additional €25. Household linens package offered for any booking of a week or more. The apartment rental is made for a maximum of 4 people. If upon arrival you are more than 4 people, we will be obliged to refuse the rental. The rental and its facilities are reserved for tenants only, people outside the accommodation are not allowed.
