The space The room is situated in a 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom modern flat, new-built development, secured intercom access within a 4 storey purpose-built residency, with nice historical garden, water fountains and residents gym. The price stated is per person - considering on single person sleeping in the room (single). It is possible to park a car on the street for free. Hyper-stores, food stores and Westfield Mall are available in the close area. Guest access You have access in the living-room with open-space kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen - free to use all dishes and cutlery/fridge/freezer/microwave/kettle, etc for light meals only. To clarify, anything that causes smoke or is deep fried, it is not a light meal. Washing machine - not for guests, sorry! - laundrette available in Putney. No access in other rooms, please. Residents gym is available if required. During your stay We are 3 people living in the flat - all easy going, chatty, loving good music and a glass of wine, therefore you can join us in the evenings or you can relax in your room - as you wish! Just let us know and your privacy would be respected! With two people using one bathroom, there should be no issues! Other things to note There is a balcony if you smoke and you can rent a bike if you would like to cycle through Richmond Park. Gym access is possible if you would like to exercise! There are several swimming pools in the area!
