Guest access Level 1: Lobby, Mailbox Area, Zus Coffee Level 29: Rooftop Facilities (eg: Fitness Centre, Rooftop Infinity Pool, Garden, Playground) ** Rooftop Pool: 8am to 8pm daily (REQUIRED to wear proper swim suit) ** Fitness Centre: 7am to 7pm daily (REQUIRED to wear sportswear) Other things to note 1. Check-in guidelines will be sent to you 1 day before your check-in date. Please check your Airbnb chat regularly. 2. CHECK IN: only from 3pm. 3. CHECK OUT: by 11am only. 4. NO luggage storage service. 5. NO free cancellation/date amendment regardless of any reasons before 5 days of check-in day. Guests should confirm the check-in date before booking. 6. Airbnb cancellation policy is written in below section, kindly read through it. 7. Airbnb helps us to hold the security deposit. It is not charged when you make the booking. The security deposit will only be charged if we found any damages or losses in our property, or if any house rules are not followed by our guests. 8. STANDARD SET UP is just for 6pax. Do take note that extra floor mattresses set up is only provided if there are more than 6 guests as per your booking. 9. Extra floor mattress would not be able to provide if you made the booking after 12pm on your check-in day (last-minutes booking).
