This is a UPSTAIRS (Two Flights of Stairs) newly renovated one bedroom, one bath condo- featuring a queen bed in the bedroom with a Smart TV where you can connect all your favorite streaming services (YouTube TV is Connected) with FAST fiber optic WI-FI! The living room features a couch that converts into bed (two kids or one adult) and an ottoman that converts into a twin bed, Smart TV, kitchen table, and work station. The fully stocked kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker, Cookware, brand new stainless steel appliances which includes a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The bathroom has a full size washer/dryer and large garden tub/shower. Sit on the back balcony that overlooks one of the communities pools that is open year round! Guests have the entire condo to yourselves. Guests are able to check themselves in with the smart keypad. However, we are local and can help when needed. :) The condominium complex features two pools which are open year round. This condo is a short drive or walk to the Mobile Bay. The newly renovated Waterfront By The Bay and public boat launch is a one minute drive away or a short walk. Nearby stores within a 5 minute drive include: Publix, Rouses, Walmart, Hobby Lobby, Petco, T.J Max, Home Depot, Bass Pro, and many more! Plenty of restaurants (Chinese, American, Mexican, Thai, Ice Cream, Waffle House, Burgers and more) are nearby for any cravings you may have! Going on a trip? No problem. The condo is 12 miles from the Mobile cruise terminal, 27 miles to Mobile Regional Airport, 37 miles to Gulf Shores, 48 miles to Pensacola Airport, 63 miles to Pensacola Beach and 154 miles to New Orleans. Parking is right outside the unit. The condo is located up two flights of stairs. This condo does not have an elevator and may not suitable for all guests. Pets are allowed but please be respectful and pickup after them. Bags are provided for self-clean up. Travel insurance is highly recommended for unforeseen circumstances where you may need to cancel and can be purchased at checkout. If you bring an undisclosed pet, please be aware there will be an additional $150 cleaning fee. Service animals are not to be left in the condo at anytime alone. Pet Fee is $65. There is a newly installed camera at the front door that faces the parking lot installed by the HOA. It is not owned or monitored by the Airbnb owner. Please know that Alabama has bugs. Certain times of the year we have love bugs or possible termites. This is 100% out of our control.
