Nearby restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing are all within minutes of the condo. The space This newly renovated **upstairs condo** (two flights of stairs) offers a cozy and stylish retreat. It features: - **Bedroom:** A queen bed and a Smart TV connected to YouTube TV, with the option to log in to your favorite streaming services, all powered by fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi. - **Living Room:** A queen pull out couch that converts into a bed, an ottoman/black chair that transforms into a small bed, a Smart TV, a dining table, and a convenient workstation. - **Kitchen:** Fully stocked with cookware, a Keurig coffee maker, and brand-new stainless steel appliances, including a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. - **Bathroom:** Accessible from both the bedroom AND living room, it includes a full-size washer/dryer and a large garden tub/shower for ultimate convenience. - **Balcony:** Enjoy relaxing on the back balcony overlooking one of the community's pools, open year-round BUT not heated. This space is perfect for a comfortable getaway or an extended stay! Guest access Guests have the entire condo to yourselves. Other things to note The condo is located up two flights of stairs. This condo does not have an elevator and may not suitable for all guests. Pets are allowed but please be respectful and pickup after them. Bags are provided for self-clean up. Travel insurance is highly recommended for unforeseen circumstances where you may need to cancel and can be purchased at checkout. If you bring an undisclosed pet, please be aware there will be an additional $150 cleaning fee. Service animals are not to be left in the condo at anytime alone. Pet Fee is $65. There is a newly installed camera at the front door that faces the parking lot installed by the HOA. It is not owned or monitored by the Airbnb owner. Please know that Alabama has bugs. Certain times of the year we have love bugs or possible termites. This is 100% out of our control.
