Come and relax in this comfortable cottage surrounded by nature, close to the Châteaux de la Loire and Beauval Zoo. It can accommodate 4 adults and 1 child, it has a 37 m2 living room with a seating area as well as a fully fitted and equipped kitchen. Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms of 15 m2 (bed 140 x 200) and 20 m2 (bed 180 x 200 and 90 x 190) The space Gîte with an area of 80 m2 including on the ground floor a living room of 37 m2 composed of a seating area, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, hood, dishwasher, washing machine) as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms including a 15 m2 bedroom with a double bed (140 x 200) and a 20 m2 bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200) as well as a single bed that can accommodate a child/teenager. Towels and sheets are provided, your beds will be fully made before your arrival. A private outdoor terrace is at your disposal with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol and barbecue. A swimming pool shared with all our guests is accessible at no extra cost, from April to September and open every day from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and then from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. We remind you that minors must be accompanied and under the close supervision of a parent or an accompanying adult. Children and minors are your sole responsibility. A jacuzzi is also available, subject to reservation and at an additional cost of €15 per 20-minute session, open from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Free parking on site. Guest access The cottage is entirely private. Other things to note • The swimming pool is available to all our guests and is accessible from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. from May to September. It is imperative that children be accompanied by their parents or an accompanying adult, we remind you that they will be entirely under your responsibility (valid both for the pool and outside: playground etc.) • For hygiene reasons, towels provided in the bedrooms are not to be used for the pool. • The accommodation is completely non-smoking, outdoor ashtrays are provided for this purpose.
