Newly built cabin of 160 sqm on Norefjell. Panoramic views of magnificent nature and very good sun conditions. The cabin works perfectly for two families with two living rooms, kitchen, gas fireplace, five bedrooms, two bathrooms and laundry room. Ground terrace of 90 sq.m. with several outdoor spaces. Outdoor dining table with space for 10-12 people as well as several seating areas. The cabin is located in a sunny and high terrain on a small hill with great views in all directions. Proximity to year-round hiking areas, prepared cross-country ski tracks and Norefjell ski resort. It is about 300 meters to a large cross-country ski trail and 5-7 min by car to Norefjell Ski Center (Bøseter). Midsummer the plot has sun from approx. 5 in the morning until 10:15 in the evening and the hiking options are many whether you choose hiking or cycling. The cabin is of a good standard. Parquet with waterborne heating and tiled floors in all wet rooms, gas fireplace with remote control, new beds with good mattresses, new down pillows and duvets. The kitchen has integrated appliances, plenty of service, glasses and cutlery and other kitchen utensils. Dining table with 10 dining chairs. High chair can be included in the rent by agreement. The cabin is only rented to families and responsible persons over the age of 25. The rent includes 1 container with gas for the fireplace (23 hours). No smoking and no dogs allowed. We can also consider agreements with a fixed number of weekends/weeks per year. For rent at Christmas and Easter, separate prices apply. Cleaning can be done by an agency at an additional cost or the tenant can do the cleaning himself. Guest access The entire cabin is available. Other things to note The holiday property is located in an attractive and scenic cabin area on Kannarmyrlia in Norefjell. The area is characterized by great nature, extensive views and good sun conditions. Nature offers a variety of experiences throughout the year and it is only a 5-7 min drive to Norefjell Ski Resort (Bøseter). Norefjell Ski Resort has 13 ski lifts and 25 km of prepared alpine slopes, divided into 26 slopes of varying difficulty, and with a height difference of 1010 meters. From the property it is about 300 meters to groomed ski slopes that take you to the trail network in two directions. The machine-prepared trail network extends from Norefjell, Tempelseter, Høgevarde and Haglebu area. In summer, the area offers great nature experiences either on foot or by bike. From the cabin it is walking distance to Djupsjøen and Hornstjern with swimming and fishing opportunities. In the area you can walk along marked trails to 1459 meters above sea level. In Krøderen there are both swimming and fishing opportunities, with sandy beaches, rocks, as well as the possibility to rent a boat and good opportunities for crayfish fishing. At Noresund there is an 18-hole golf course. For wellness, you can visit Quality Spa & Resort at Norefjell. Here there is a public beach, farm activities for children in the summer and a restaurant. Services Grocery shopping can be done at - Noresund (Kiwi, liquor store, sports shop, interior shop) approx. 20 min by car - Nedre Eggedal (Spar, Jernia, liquor store) about 15 by car Otherwise, there are several cozy restaurants in the mountain area. It is about 1½-2 hours drive by car from Oslo/Sandvika/Drammen, which makes Norefjell an attractive mountain area.
