Charming guest room, ideally located in Damigny, at the gates of Alençon. Enjoy direct access to the greenway for beautiful walks or bike rides and discover the beautiful Ecouves forest just a few steps away. The space The house is atypical, because it is the old post office of the municipality. Guest access Common areas: bathroom (squeegee on the walls and shower walls, use the microfribre to wipe faucets and sink with each use), toilet, living room and kitchen. Everyone must wash their dishes and clean the stove, countertop and sink if necessary. Leave the sink clean and dry after each use. Thank you. Service offered: 7kg washing machine: €5 per wash cycle including softener (ecological detergent), small ironing basket: 5 to 7 pieces - €10/large basket (about 8-12 pieces) - €15.
