SeaHorse Retreat: ocean views, tall trees, privacy

A private Sea Ranch hide-a-way set high on a hill with views of the Pacific Ocean and the equestrian center. This home offers stunning sunsets from the deck and bright coastal stars from the large hot tub. 6 adults max (8 total guests) will enjoy the 2 large bedrooms and one fun bunk room that sleeps 4 children. The house sports air hockey, cornhole, and other games for family fun. You can explore the coast, walk the bluffs and enjoy the Sea Ranch community pools, tennis courts and saunas. The space If you can't decide between a home by the woods or the beach, SeaHorse Retreat offers both! The long, private driveway leads to a forest home tucked into a grove of redwoods and other tall pines. The oversized front deck commands beautiful views of horses, the breaking waves, and a meadow filled with wild turkey and deer. A nearby trail wanders through the trees, past the equestrian center, and onto the bluffs and beach access. This house is a great place to enjoy nature. Sea Ranch has no streetlights so the stars are easily visible while you're sitting in the hot tub or roasting marshmallows over the fire pit. You can easily hear the waves crashing on the beach below. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, there is a comfortable, full-sized sleeper sofa on the first floor with a full bathroom featuring a gorgeous walk-in double shower. This is ideal if you have limited mobility or simply want to sleep by the fireplace looking out at the night stars through the large picture windows. You can also relax in the zen loft above the queen bedroom. Enjoy the health benefits of the himalayan salt wall while resting on a vibrating massage chair, reading or working on the lap desk by the window seat, or grab a mat and do some yoga! Our home is pet-friendly and offers a clean and safe dog run on the side of the house. Your dog is free to roam around the house with the exception of the leather sofas and the beds. One dog only please. Guest access You have access to the whole house except the garage and a few storage closets. The trails and streets of Sea Ranch are private, so please use one of the mirror tags we provide upon check-in when you park for the beach or at trailheads and carry a pass when you walk the trails or use the recreation centers. Other things to note Each room has an electric heater with thermostat to keep you warm and toasty through the night. The main area is heated and cooled by a heat pump but also has a powerful wood-burning fire-place with an electric fan. It's easy to use and we'll leave ample firewood for you.
