Check-in after 2 p.m. and Check-out by 12 p.m. Outside these hours, see conditions. 4. We do not have room service and we do not serve any type of meal or breakfast. However, we can assist by referring you to third parties. 5. We do not perform daily cleaning. If you want this service, we can provide it. Prices upon request. 6. Property has 2 (two) covered parking spaces. 8. PARTIES are PROHIBITED in the property and in the condominium. 9. ENERGY CONSUMPTION - Energy consumption will be charged in the amount of R$1.21 per kw/h. CONCIERGE/ACCESS TO THE CONDOMINIUM The concierge is available 24 hours a day. It is MANDATORY for all guests to USE the identification WRISTBAND that will be provided at check-in, for entry and exit of the condominium, through the main entrance and the beach, subject to a fine. INSPECTION The property will be inspected by our team at both check-in and check-out. CHECK-OUT GUIDELINES 1. Turn off lights, TV, fan and air-conditioning. No need to turn off the refrigerator, brewer and microwave. 2. Remove garbage from the house (kitchen and bathrooms). Deposit your trash in the bin located in the hallway next to the elevator. 3. Wash the dishes (no need to dry and/or store them). 4. If you have wet clothes, leave them hanging out to dry.
