Beautiful 37m2 cottage located in the heart of Stykkishólmur, with a view of Breiðafjörður from the living room. Perfect location and a short walk to the harbor, restaurants, grocery store and community pool. Small yet spacious, the cottage is newly refurbished with wooden floors and underfloor radiant heat. Bathroom with shower, and private bedroom sleeps two. Loft above sleeps 1-2 additional guests. Living and dining area features antique furnishings, and a vaulted ceiling makes it bright and airy inside. Kitchenette is convenient for preparing light meals. Compact, fully equipped kitchen with sink, cooktop, microwave, refrigerator and Nescafé Nespresso machine. The bathroom includes toilet, sink, and shower. Private bedroom with a double bed is downstairs, and a loft area above has room to sleep 1-2 additional guests on single mattresses. All linens are provided, extra blankets and comforters as well. Guests have full access to the house and all amenities during their stay. There is ample off-street parking for 2 vehicles at the house. The house is centrally located, and attractions and amenities in Stykkishólmur are easily reached by car or on foot.
