Relive your favorite childhood memories - with a comfortable modern update! Our property is a former summer camp set at the base of Bear Point and on the shores of Edmonds Lake. We are 30 minutes from downtown Anchorage, 10 minutes from the nearest store, and only 5 minutes off the Glenn Highway - but the views will make you feel like you travelled much further into the woods. The space Our “Cozy Cottage” was the former caretakers cabin and is has the most amenities of any of our stays: - 2 bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed and cozy linens and a sitting area - 1.5 bathrooms with towels, wash clothes, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash - full-size washer and dryer - comfortable couch and 43” smart TV with a selection of streaming services - full kitchen stocked with necessities - personal fire pit and outdoor sitting area Guest access You’ll have access to the entire cottage, as well as the 1000ft of lakefront along Edmonds Lake and the miles of trails in the surrounding woods! Other things to note Alaska is a wild place and our property is beautiful but rugged. After booking you will be asked to sign a liability waiver stating that you and your guests are solely responsible for your own safety while visiting our property.
