This is on the second floor so may be unsuitable for someone with limited mobility. Parking is at the front of the house. Space is tight, one side of your vehicle will be tight against the wall. One on the 1st floor with en suite bathroom and 1 on the 2nd floor with sole use of adjoining bathroom.
