Guest access SERVICES / AMENITIES * Laundry Full Service (wash, dry & fold): -Clothes: Regular (ready after 24hrs) for 45 ₱/kg or Rush (ready after 4hrs) for 65 ₱/kg - Linen / Comforters / Others: Regular (ready after 24hrs) for 65 ₱/kg or Rush (ready after 4hrs) for 85 ₱/kg. You may drop off your laundry at the above mentioned location or request for a pick-up through the airbnb messenger. 🧺 * Borrow-a-Blanket: We can provide a sleeping blanket upon your request (laundry fee of 150 ₱) 🛌 * Cleaning Service: You may schedule a complete cleaning of the apartment for 400 ₱ 🧹💦 * Scooter Rental Service: We have automatic scooters for rent. Please keep parts and packaging in good and complete condition. 🎲 * Toiletries & Others: Per stay, we provide 1x soap bar, 1x roll of toilet paper, and 1x garbage bag per bin and 1x shampoo pouch per each guest. If you require any additional, this will be on your own expense. 🧻🧼 * Kitchen Condiments: A selection of condiments is provided, free to use but not to take home. 🥰 Other things to note For a stay of 1 - 6 nights, water and electricity is included in the Airbnb rate and no deposit is required. For a stay more than 6 nights (weekly and monthly stays get a discount compared to the nightly rate), water and electricity is charged separately according the meters from checkin till check out. A security deposit of 6000 ₱ is collected at the checkin and is returned at check out minus the electricity (15 ₱/ kWh) and water charges (98 ₱ /m3). Each apartment has their own meters and can be consulted at any time. A monthly average would be around 3000-6000 ₱ for both water and electricity. Any additional laundry of bed linens or clothes requested, will have the laundry service fee (shown in the Guest Access section) applied.
