Waking up and going for a little morning walk at Øya økocamp is an experience in itself with the sound of the river Ottaelva and the mountains surrounding the place. The campsite is old and venerable with cabins, motorhome pitches, tents and caravans. The cabins are all unique, small (10 m2), cute and with a small kitchenette and terrace. The sanitary facility is new. The pavilion with its seating areas and kitchen is a nice gathering place for everyone after the day's experiences. If you want to light a fire in one of the fire pits, we sell wood at the reception. The space Øya økocamp is located in the middle of Jotunheimen, Breheimen and Reinheimen. 14 minutes from Lom in the direction of Stryn and Geiranger, 50 minutes to Juvasshytta and Galdhøpiggen. The campsite host is happy to help you find a trip or leisure activity that suits you in the surrounding area. There are nice fishing spots and recreational areas along the riverfront at the campsite. Øya økocamp has 7 cabins, so if this cabin is booked you can contact us directly. Guest access Camping cabin at Øya økocamp with access to sanitary facilities with shower and toilet. The pavilion has a shared kitchen and seating that is well suited for groups. Guests can buy firewood and make a fire in one of the many fire pits. Other things to note There are duvets and pillows in the cabin, but no bed linen. If you do not bring your own bed linen, you must rent it, it costs NOK 100 per person per stay. This is paid directly at Øya økocamp when you arrive.
