The open-concept layout combining the living room, kitchen and dining area makes it easy to be together with family and friends. Natural sunlight streams in through the expansive windows, illuminating the space for a bright and airy feel. Play a board game or watch shows on the flat-screen Smart TV equipped with Hulu while mouthwatering dishes are being prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. The space features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space and a spacious breakfast bar so you can keep the chef of the group company. Step outside for fresh air under the shade of the umbrella while the main entree is being prepared on the gas grill. Guest access Guests have sole access to the main house and are able to check in after 4 pm on the day of their check in and must leave by 10 am on the date of their check out. Parking is in the driveway to the LEFT of the house. If additional parking is needed, you can also park in front of the house. (The driveway on the right side of the house is reserved for guests staying at the Cottage, located on the lower portion of the property.) Other things to note House Rules: Check in is 4 p.m. Check out is 10 a.m. No Pets! Pack N Play and Highchair available. We do not accept mail at this address. No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house. Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated. Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside. NO FIRES May 1 - October 1. Or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban. By law this home may NOT be used for events, parties or large gatherings. We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals! Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture. Please use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc...
