Former farmhouse renovated on 2 floors: very quiet, with all comforts! Nuits Saint Georges à 10min, Beaune 15min, highway 10min. Ideal base for visiting the vineyards. Wood-burning stove in front of a large sofa, fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms, air conditioning, multi-jet walk-in shower, Wi-Fi, smart TV, board games and outdoor games, barbecue, etc. Private parking, courtyard and garden. Breakfast, pastries, wines and local beers (extra charge). Families welcome. The space A lockbox allows guests to self check-in if I'm away. We live next door to this place, we are responsive to any inquiries on site. All linens are provided. We also provide coffee, tea, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, dishwashing tablets, laundry detergent, cotton swabs, etc. Inès and I are pastry chefs, we will be happy to offer you breakfast and homemade cakes on request (extra charge). We also offer the wines of the Domaine Cacheux Jacques et fils (Vosne Romanée) and the craft brewery beers of 90 bpm. The thick old stone walls will guarantee you coolness in summer and warmth in winter. The space is equipped with a heat pump that allows for soft and efficient heating in winter, and air conditioning in case of hot weather. On the ground floor, a large living room with a functional wood burning stove communicates with the dining room and a very bright open kitchen with a bar. We provide wood for the first night, then we will ask you for a surcharge of €5 per night to get extra wood. The kitchen is fully equipped for lovers of homemade kitchen: fridge/freezer, mocha and espresso coffee makers using ground coffee, kettle, microwave oven, electric oven, induction hob, toaster, raclette machine, baking equipment, Bamix plunge blender, etc. A sofa bed can serve as a 4th bed for 4 guests who want to sleep separately. Feel free to ask us for the sheets for this 4th bed. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms (one queen bed and two beds of 90cm by 190cm, standard size for one person, each in separate bedrooms, two pillows per person) and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower with different adjustable water jets. The bedrooms as well as the windows on the ground floor are all equipped with screens, curtains and/or blackout shutters. The unit has two toilets, one on the ground floor and one upstairs. A smart TV gives you access to Internet TV and VOD platforms (we make our Disney+ subscription available to you). You can also connect your computer to the TV using an HDMI cable provided. You have a high chair to put a child at the table. We provide you with two umbrella beds with mattresses and sheets upon request. We also have everything you need for baby, please do not hesitate to ask us. The staircase has a safety fence at the top and bottom to protect your children. You will also find in the laundry room on the ground floor a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board and everything you need to clean. Outside, a garden furniture allows you to enjoy your meals outside. A barbecue is available for your use, as well as outdoor games. The garden is fenced in its entirety. Two vehicles can be parked in front of the property, within our property. For climbers, climbers, a climbing structure built by me is accessible upon request. It contains a moonboard 2019 version, a pan güllich, a beam, bodybuilding area, etc. There are no shops in our village apart from a bread dispenser fed every day by our baker. The first shops are 5km and 10km. For security reasons, a video surveillance camera films the portal of our property. At no point are the outdoor or indoor activities in the listing filmed, the privacy and privacy of the guests are perfectly respected.
