The space is a fully-furnished 30sqm studio unit at M Place @ South Triangle, Mother Ignacia Avenue. All living essentials are made available for everyday convenience- great food, coffee shops, bars, beauty spas, groceries, fitness clubs, hospitals. You name it, the neighborhood has it! The space The space comes equipped with high-speed internet, access to Netflix and Youtube, a lounging sofa, a work station, a reading nook and a complimentary coffee to keep you awake while you work, along with other basic amenities for a relaxing stay. Guest access Feel at home and use the space as your own during your stay. Other things to note GUEST REGISTRATION We would need a copy of the government-issued IDs and vaccination cards/documents of those who will be staying so we can register you as guests at the admin and concierge. This is for the security of the residents. PARKING There is no dedicated parking space, but you may park at MPLACE Savemore's basement parking, accessible via Panay Avenue. RATE: Hourly Parking - PHP50. Overnight Parking Fee - PHP300 (on top of hourly parking rate) as of June 2022. SWIMMING POOL The Swimming Pool is open from Tuesdays-Sundays, from 8am-5pm. Admin charge is PHP150/guest on regular days and PHP300/guest during holidays. Please inform us if you are planning to swim so we can arrange for your authorization to secure passes.
