The space This apartment offers a great place for travelers looking for a quiet and safe place to rest. About 15 minutes from Choluteca (city) and 18 miles from the Pacific Ocean. It is part of a house once know as Hacienda Santa Elena. Some of the structure goes back to colonial times. One will notice rock fences, tiles, and cedar beams still standing strong from the times of cattle ranching and farming going back 100+ years. Guest access Guests will have full and exclusive use of the entire apartment. There is a corridor by the front door and a beautifully cared yard surrounded by shady fruit trees and flowers. Guest can choose a few areas to park their car safely. The rest of the house is exclusively for the host and family, and there may be shared interactions with them outside of the apartment. Also a guest may notice landscaping workers doing routine jobs. Other things to note One must always consider extreme heat conditions common in Choluteca. During the summer vegetation turns brown and dry, and it will be green with lots of rain in the winter, but our well maintained property will offer a genuine experience year round.
