NO hassle guests can self-check-in with the key box provided at the main door The pool is open from 6 AM -9 PM every Tuesday-Sunday (except Monday for cleaning maintenance ) There is no allocated parking space for this unit inside the property. You need to rent a parking space at 350 pesos/night. (if you need parking space pls tell me in advance so we can reserved one ,payment upon reservation) We have 24-hour security, and CCTV in the hallway with roving security guards within the entire property. Your safety is secure. A designated laundry cage with the unit number to hang dry your laundry is located on the terrace with the unit number. We require ID/passport copies of all guests for security purposes. For compliance and gate pass registration. A security deposit will be collected upon check-in for a month's stay and will be returned upon check-out given that there's no damage in the unit. NOTE: *No pets allowed *Strictly NO SMOKING inside, balcony, and toilet (penalty of P2,000) *Stains in linens and towels subject to penalties of P500/towel and P1,000/bed *Smelly fruit not allowed inside the unit like durian and cooking of dried fish ( penalty of P1,000),you can dine it at the clubhouse *In the event of consumption overuse, we will charge additional fees over the usual bill.
