Living room: sofa, television, armchair, table and chairs, ceiling and floor fan. Kitchen: fridge, stove, microwave and kitchen utensils. Bathroom: electric shower. Bedroom 01: a double bed with 2 fans. Bedroom 02: two single beds and 2 fans. Broadband Internet. Next to the American Consulate and Shopping Centers. The space - Living room: TV, sofa and armchair, table and chairs, ceiling fan (We do not have air-conditioning). - Kitchen: fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, electric sandwich maker and some kitchen utensils. - We have an iron and ironing board. - Electric shower. - Comfortable beds. - 2 Fans in each room. - Desk and chair in one room for home office use. Guest access - Room with TV, internet, ceiling and floor fan. - Kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker and some items for you to make your meals; - Spacious rooms with 2 fans in each room. - Bathroom with electric shower; - Spacious terrace. The following will NOT be available: Backyard, Garage and Laundry Room. Other things to note - We do not have air-conditioning in the property, only fans. - We do not provide a garage, laundry room or backyard (it will be locked). - Nearby there are parking lots and laundries. - At the entrance, we provide: 1 (one) set of bed linens for each bed that will already be on the beds and 4 (four) sets of bath and face towels. - We do not provide toiletries, except for a few rolls of toilet paper. - During the stay, we do not change bed linens or towels and we do not clean. Only after the guest leaves will the towels and bed linens and house cleaning be carried out. - Pets are NOT allowed. - We DO NOT allow visits, parties or any type of event such as meetings, etc. - Do not flush toilet paper, absorbent pads, or any other objects down the toilet. - Trash must always be disposed of after 6 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays outside the property. - The cleaning fee does NOT cover washing kitchen utensils, dishes, cutlery, or cleaning the stove or refrigerator. The fee is charged so that you always receive the property clean. You must return the property with everything as clean as when you received the property. - Property has no leisure area. - Smoking is PROHIBITED inside the property. - There are parking lots and laundries near the property. We don't have parking and laundry for guests.
