1 bed apartment farm-stay

The DaVinci Suite is a one-bedroom apartment located on the second floor of the plantation house on a quiet 10-acre farm just a seven-minute drive to the beach. The property has a large saltwater pool, stone ruins, a barn, and an old stone slave hut to explore. The unit has a private dining deck on the west side of the apartment looks out over sugar cane fields and the sea. Come watch the monkey's play in the yard, or relax in a hammock under the trees and watch sailboats go past. The space The Davinci suite has polished wood floors, a beautiful large deck with sweeping ocean views, a dining area, full kitchen, and private bathroom. Guest access Guests can access the walking trails around the farm, use the shared pool, barbecue and fire pit. Other things to note Please note we do not allow children under 10 as the deck railings are not child safe. Please note we are located on a ridge and cool breezes blow at night. A $15USD /per 12 hour fee must be paid for use of air conditioning ($30USD for 24 hour use) and a $100 security deposit must be paid upon check in, and will be refunded as a credit through airbnb within 24 hours of checking out. Please note we do NOT allow Third party booking - the person who books must be the person who checks in. To protect the tranquility for other guests, we do not allow parties. We do however issue day passes for the pool area only (8am-5pm) at $20usd/person should you want to host any additional friends during these hours on the property. Limit of 2 per paying guest. Also note that the house is surrounded by a working sugar plantation so while evenings and morning are quiet and serene during the daytime there can be noise from the farm - tractors , field workers, and repair work in the barn. And lastly please leave the unit as clean as you found it. Take garbage to the bins in the east driveway. Enjoy
