The space The home is recently remodeled and designed to be a super cozy getaway for a couple, two couples, a single person, a small family, or 2-3 workers. You will be within walking distance to the renowned "Silver Grizzly" coffee shop, and to prestigious "Roma's Italian Kitchen." Just a 1.0 mile drive to nationally ranked "Christus Good Shepherd Medical Center." A great place to just unwind! Feel free to use the fireplace, gas stove/oven or BBQ pit! Guest access You will be occupying the entire home which is a recently remodeled duplex. Plenty of parking is available on the street in front of the home which is situated on an extra large lot. Other things to note There is a train track nearby which most people find the sound and sight of nostalgic, enjoyable even soothing. A minority of folks have issues with the sounds.
