The space Wonderful home with spacious living / dining room and expansive kitchen. Primary bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom. Bedroom #2 is a spacious room with a queen bed perfect for two people. Third bedroom has bunk beds that is great for families with children. The space includes a desk and working space for those working from home and an outdoor patio for those who enjoy being outside and soaking in the beautiful Hermosa Beach sunshine. *Please note the fireplace is decorative and cannot be used. Guest access Please enjoy our home - the whole space is yours! Other things to note Must be at least 21 years old to rent. Must rent for a minimum of 14 days. There is a hanging guest parking pass and it is not replaceable. There is a $1000 fine if it is misplaced or taken.
