Relax at Rolling Hills Retreat, featuring a covered private hot tub, two fire tables, a huge upper deck, and a screened-in porch—perfect for outdoor living year-round. Enjoy Owner’s Club access with indoor/outdoor pools, pickleball, fitness center, marina, hiking & more. Every bedroom has a private bath for comfort and privacy. Dog-friendly, peaceful wooded setting just minutes from Galena. The space The main living area is all open, including the family room, dining area, and kitchen. Every bedroom has it's own full bathroom. The outdoor spaces including a screened in porch and outside deck. Guest access Access to the entire home except for a small closet that is locked with supplies. Other things to note Full size washer and dryer is available in the lower level. We provide basic necessities. This includes coffee, teas, Keurig pods, non dairy creamer, sugar, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, laundry tablets, trash bags, kitchen sponge, and basic toiletries. Bath, kitchen and pool towels are provided. Your beds will be ready and waiting for you with clean, cozy linens and an ample of pillow choices. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking and baking necessities. Rolling Hills Retreat offers 6 Proximity cards for guests' use of the Galena Territory Owner's Club. Additional passes can be purchased for $5 per day at the complex. We provided pool towels. Please do not bring bath towels. They do not have towels at the facility. Hours 5am- 8pm Our home is 1650 sq. ft. We have a valley view, however, when the foliage is lush the valley may be difficult to see. During this time, enjoy the the sounds of the birds, cows in the distance and the privacy that the foliage provides. We are dog friendly. Pet fee includes up to 2 dogs under 60 pounds unless agreed to before booking. We provided food and water dishes, and towels for dog. If you have excessive garbage (5+ bags) you will be required to bring all your garbage to the Refuse Facility. Failure to do this will be a $25 fine. This is a wooded lot. There are a lot of open fields in the area. Though we treat for pest our home does have a few bugs from time to time. We will not refund your stay for a few bugs. This house may not be for you if this will bother you.
