The Superior Apartment is one of the 4 independent, family and luxury apartments of the LOFTS the Village Summer Apartments complex. It is new and equipped to the fullest, offering you a stay of comfort, style along with a view of the plain. The private courtyard with the jacuzzi, the outdoor living area, the wooden pergolas, the view of the plain are in complete harmony with the peace and tranquillity of the environment and promise you unique moments of relaxation! The space On the top floor and to the right of the complex, a large external staircase leads to an independent apartment with a total area of ? m². Going up you find yourself on the apartment's exclusive use terrace which hosts an outdoor living area, a dining area and an exclusive use jacuzzi. In the main area, guests are welcomed by a corner sofa with a wonderful view of the plain on which 2 people can sleep. Moving forward you will find a small but functional kitchen (built-in oven, dual-ring ceramic hob, sink and under-counter refrigerator), counter with stools that can accommodate both your meal preparation and your dining needs, TV, air conditioning and a bathroom with a shower in the background. The apartment is complete with a bedroom in a separate area with a double bed 1.6*2.00, an open wardrobe, a console table, a large flat TV, air conditioning and a wonderful view from the bedroom.
