The villa is nicely located in a quiet area on Fornudden in Tyresö, about 20 minutes outside Stockholm. Small beach, Hästhagsbadet, is 10 minutes walk from the house, and Kumlabadet and Vikingabadet are about 15 minutes from the house. A few hundred meters from the house is Fornuddsparken, with a soccer field, outdoor gym and playground. The house is of an older model under constant renovation, and is suitable for families or quiet groups of friends.
