Great for large family gatherings or multiple families. Two washer and dryers, three full size refrigerators, kitchenette in the downstairs, and 7 smart TV's. Winery, golf and stores nearby. Water depth is about 2 ft at entry level steps, great for water games, little ones, and floating. With a depth of around 10 ft at the end of the dock, its perfect for jumping in or tying up your boat. Layout of the interior makes it entry level on either floor. The first floor includes the kitchen, dining area, living room, master bedroom with attached bath, as well an additional king guest room and a full bath. The remaining 3 bedrooms are downstairs with a full bath, kitchenette, and living area. One adult kayak, a double kayak, 2 kids kayaks, and a paddle board are available for use, along with floats, noodles, and outdoor games. The boat lift is not available for use. There is ample space for two boats and or jet skis to tie up surrounding the dock. Diagram provided by water front if needed. South Hill is about a 15 min drive, with bowling, movies, fast food, and multiple stores. We do have outdoor cameras for the purpose of water levels, storm damage, pet detection, etc. These are not utilized otherwise. No pets allowed. No parties, or loud noise after 10pm, as this is a family friendly property.
