Beautiful 2 story waterfront home located in a large quiet cove with access to the main lake. Large yard with multiple outdoor seating areas, dock to tie up your boat or boat rentals nearby, water toys, floating water-mat, sandy beach area, steps into the water, swing set, horseshoes, air hockey, and multiple other amenities. Great for large family gatherings or multiple families. Two washer and dryers, two full size refrigerators, kitchenette in the downstairs, and 6 smart TV's. Winery, golf and stores nearby. Water depth is about 2 ft at entry level steps, great for water games, little ones, and floating. With a depth of around 10 ft at the end of the dock, its perfect for jumping in or tying up your boat. Layout of the interior makes it entry level on either floor. The first floor includes the kitchen, dining area, living room, master bedroom with attached bath, as well an additional king guest room and a full bath. The remaining 3 bedrooms are downstairs with a full bath, kitchenette, and living area. One adult kayak, a double kayak, 2 kids kayaks, and a paddle board are available for use. The boat lift is not available for use, as we are working on fixing it. There is ample space for two boats to tie up surrounding the dock. Diagram provided by water front if needed. South Hill is about a 15 min drive, with bowling, movies, and stores. We do have outdoor cameras for the purpose of water levels, storm damage, pet detection, etc. These are not utilized otherwise.
