Other things to note The apartment is located right across the street from the Niagara River. Caddisflies (locally known as sandflies) are a natural phenomenon that hatch out of the river in the late Spring and Summer months. They are most active at night and are attracted to bright lights. To minimize them getting into the apartment, keep all windows closed and the lights dim at night. Caddisflies are not dangerous and do not bite, so we do not put any insecticides or chemical fertilizers on the property. This apartment is located on a 45 mph road. Please be cautious when entering and exiting the driveway. We recommend backing into the driveway. The lower unit is occupied by long-term tenants. Kindly respect their privacy, as they will certainly respect yours. We have two Ring cameras on the exterior of the apartment. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are NO cameras on the inside.
