Quaint open room with bathroom on horse farm

A quaint cowboy decor room on a working horse farm . Great over night room in the country but minutes from town. Full bathroom, fridge, microwave queen size bed. . Rooster lets you know when dawn is approaching . Great stop over if hauling horses . Picnic area at top with grill. Arabian horses dot the pastures. Covered bridge on the road and within minutes of wineries, Lake Erie, Historical Ashtabula harbor. Room is small but comfortable without the noise of a hotel. Wifi but no TV . The space We are close to the Spire, Lake Erie, Geneva on the Lake, rails to trails, Pymatuming Lake, Historical Ashtabula Harbor, wineries and covered bridges including one on our road Guest access There is a picnic area at the top of the hill . Great to view of the horse pastures. Quiet and pretty. Other things to note We do have a rooster that lets you know that dawn is approaching. We do have well water,so I have bottled water for your coffee and to drink. We do drink the well water but some people do not like it. Our bathroom is at a lower level for the plumbing so it is pumps water up when using the bathroom ,with a little momentary noise. We are country , although we have pest control at least 3 x a year. We do run a dehumidifier when guests are not here. The building is built part way into the ground. We are not The Ritz but offer a nice room in the country on a working horse farm. Some say it is rustic , some absolutely love it. We invite anyone to stay please note we are conservative , love God,our country and President. We welcome anyone .
