Others cannot see in so its perfectly quiet for day sleepers or if you want to be lazy and just sleep in. The fire place is a new gas insert wonderful to watch while having your coffee. The back yard is very large equipped with a BBQ for those specialty grillers. The cupboards are stocked with amenities you may need. The grocery store is like 1.5 miles or .5 miles depending on where you like to Shop. Cartwrights is well known for their meet and sandwiches. The master bedroom in the back of the house is equipped with TV and there is a little desk for laptops that can be moved anywhere for comfort. Guest access You have the entire residence to yourself. Other things to note Laundry room is off to end of the house as not to interrupt others while watching TV or gaming in the kitchen. Kitchen table is large enough for 6 plus. There's an Alexa in the home so feel free to use it. There is wine available and the South Stage Cellars wine is $20 the rest you can replace with your favorite bottle of wine.
