A spacious stone cottage in the centre of a farming hamlet. Sympathetically restored retaining traditional features yet providing modern amenities, and set within the attractive grounds of the owner's property. It is a 5 mins drive to the cafes, restaurants and shops of the market town of Ribérac. The lively market town of Perigueux is 40 minutes away, Bergerac, its vineyards and international airport 1 hour away. Bordeaux with its historical buildings, museums, bustling town life. The space Enter into the living room with its traditional fireplace, comfortable sofa ideal for 2 people or a couple with a baby. This leads to the kitchen with direct access to the enclosed and private garden. The shower room, WC and wash hand basis is also on the ground floor. Wifi available. A steep staircase leads to the mezzanine floor with 2 side by side single beds and a sofa bed for a third person or single bed for a child. Please note that the staircase is not ideal for people with limited mobility. Guest access The accommodation and garden is self-contained and private. Access to the pool is via the rose walkway and open to guests from 10.00h to 21.00h. The pool is covered by an electric safety cover, locked every evening. Parking is within the grounds. Other things to note The cottage is within the grounds of the owner's property who are available throughout each guest's stay, providing help and information, whenever needed, yet offering privacy and discretion at the all times.
