This is the minimum cost even if the stay is less than 7 days. A security clearance will be needed for tenant registration with Emaar, and it costs 500 EGP The tenant app will allow access to all Marassi Amenities (e.g. Marina, pools, etc). Beach access is only granted for Marassi North beach, and valid only on weekdays (Sun to Wed) Other things to note For single night stays, guest has to pay 500 EGP extra for housekeeping. For more than a single night, housekeeping is included in the rental price. Personal use items not included, i.e. towels, toilet paper, soap … etc.
