Cozy, comfy, very clean space!

A clean 1 bedroom Clarksburg, MD basement apartment is close by Germantown, Boyds, Damascus and Gaithersburg, MD. 1 queen size bed in the room, and 1 rollaway bed if needed. Perfect for quick personal and business trips or an extended stay. Just 31 miles outside of Washington, DC. Completely private space; there is NO shared space with the rest of house. Separate entrance. My wife and I occupy the upper two levels as our residence. We are quiet and will do our best not disrupt your peace. The space The entertainment room area includes a spacious and very comfortable large sectional couch, 85-inch flat panel smart tv, pool table, coffee maker, small refrigerator and dedicated work desk area. Guest access Guests should enter the walkway on the left side of the house and follow the brick paver walkway to the back. Motion lights will brighten the path at night. A few short steps leads to a shorter walkway that leads to the private entry. A keyless touch pad lock will be programmed to each guest's unique 4-digit code. During your stay I am a text message or phone call away. Other things to note The basement apartment also includes a first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, and smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. A rollaway bed is available as a second bed option.
