Other things to note Let me now share a few practical details to facilitate your arrival and your stay. A damage deposit of 10000 THB is requested upon check in. Your deposit will be refunded in full on check-out, subject to an inspection of the property. Children and infants are welcome, and we can provide a baby cot and a baby chair upon request. After you’ve completed your booking, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phuket. You will be able to reach us for the duration of your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 6pm for any question you may have or anything you may need. We are always available, smiling and helpful. Our driver can pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to the villa (1200 THB) where we will be waiting for you for the check-in, at any time of the day or night. There is a BBQ available for your use. For a small fee our staff will prepare a BBQ for your group. Electricity is charged at 8 THB/unit (kWh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. You can expect to pay about 2000 THB per day. This will cover a normal usage, with aircon in each room during the night. But if you leave the aircon running while you are not in the villa, you will most likely pay an additional 500 THB. While still a minimal cost, this policy is in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island! We provide towels and one set of soap, shampoo and shower gel for each bathroom. Our staff does a light cleaning in the villa every day and changes the bedsheets every second day. The staff are available to prepare Thai, BBQ and Seafood meals for lunch or dinner at a small extra charge.
