Aerides is an independent residence on the 1st and 2nd floors of the building, with access to the 54 sq.m. shared pool (shared with Aeraki), which has a shallow section/jacuzzi for relaxation. It is 1 km from Peroulia beach, offering easy access to the beaches. It accommodates 4 adults and 1-2 children and is located in a rural area with olive groves. It has two terraces overlooking the olive groves and the Messinian Gulf, ideal for meals or drinks in a quiet environment The space Aeridesstonevila has a wonderful overflow pool that will captivate you! Aerides is 2 levels and accommodates 4-5 people. There is air conditioning in all rooms offering guests the opportunity to relax and enjoy their stay in a comfortable and cool environment. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a large queen size bed, 32-inch TV and an armchair that converts into a single bed for an extra guest. Here you will also find a private bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the Messinian Gulf and the olive groves. The terrace is equipped with a rocking deck chair and outdoor furniture. On the first floor, there is the second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a double queen size bed. There is also an open space with a living room, fireplace, 42-inch smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining room and terrace with a 6-person dining table and a view of the Messinian Gulf. The villa is within walking distance of the sandy beach of Peroulia, which is about 1 km away. On this beach, guests can enjoy sunbathing and swimming, while there is a beach bar and tavern offering fresh seafood and other delicacies. In addition, the villa is an ideal base for exploring the wilderness and unique sights of the Southern Peloponnese Starting from Aerides you can visit the many and invaluable sights of the Southern Peloponnese. You should definitely visit nearby Koroni with its unique habitable Venetian castle which is one of the most elegant examples of Venetian fortress architecture and one of the few castles that houses and temples are preserved inside, Methoni with its Venetian castle, Ancient Messini and Pylos, the waterfalls of Polylimnio & Kalamari, the recently awarded Michelin Golf Costa Navarino and many other places and beaches that you will find within walking distance. At a distance of about 130 km is Mystras, Ancient Sparta and the Caves of Diros.
