This king-bed retreat features 10-foot ceilings, tall windows, an in-suite bath, kitchenette, and private parking. Just 2 miles from downtown, Franklin Park Conservatory, Grant Hospital, OSU East, and Children’s Hospital, it offers quiet comfort with a design inspired by the mansion’s original love of learning. This cozy first-floor suite, lovingly known as The Library, features a king bed, full bath, private kitchenette, and a large couch for extra lounging (or sleeping with a rollaway, upon request). Shared spaces include the front porch, backyard, interior halls, and our first-come-first-serve parking lot. The rest is yours to enjoy—quiet, private, and full of charm. Guest access Our guesthouse offers easy and autonomous access to our 8 individual suites through the use of electronic locks. Each guest will have their own unique code, allowing for seamless and private entry to their designated suite. Guests can check in after 4PM at their convenience and enjoy the privacy and comfort of their own space without the need for keys or in-person check-ins.
