Spacious home ideal for family and golf gatherings

This newly built property in the beautiful old fishing port of Vik is the perfect getaway for families, friends and golfers with flexible living options to cater for all needs. A short walk to the local beaches, the harbour and the two stunning golf courses, the house has been designed with the objective of hosting large families or groups, while still delivering flair and attention to detail. The space The property includes two main living spaces, one on the first floor with sea views and a larger communal space downstairs. Further to this, there are two large dining areas, one inside the open plan living area and one on the outside patio area. The kitchen area boasts an island bench, and includes oven, microwave, convection hotplate, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee-making facilities. Three of the five bedrooms are arranged with single beds to allow them to be joined together to make a double bed, if that suits visitors. The other two bedrooms have a small (120cm) double bed. Downstairs there is a luxury shower and toilet room, including washing machine and drier facilities. Upstairs there are separate shower and toilet rooms. The reasonably private outside space contains the decking area for outside dining or relaxing, and a small garden with a smattering of apple trees. An attached guesthouse (listed as bedroom 6) is available to rent if you want more room and it is automatically included if you book for 11 or 12 people. The guesthouse has a double bed with private bathroom and an attic with two smaller beds and a single sofa bed. Towels and bedlinen are unfortunately currently not included with the rental but please let us know if this causes any difficulties.
