Cottage very close to the beach

Cottage surrounded by nature just 950 meters from the sea. Ideal for families or couples, it is located on the Capalbio coast in the southern area of the Silver Coast. Relaxing to enjoy the beach vacation and strategic to visit the coast and the hinterland. The beach, equipped and free, can also be reached on foot or by bike. The main reference centers where all the services are located are: Capalbio Scalo, 5 minutes by car and Orbetello just 10 minutes away. The space The cottage features a functional porch with a table and chairs, a slightly raised pavement, facing south, equipped with an umbrella and a front garden enclosed and bordered by hedges. No parking problems inside the fenced property where there is also a dedicated shaded parking space. The outdoor shower with hot water, the washing machine located inside a separate technical room, the possibility of having shared open spaces, the barbecue and the bikes provided make your stay easier. Inside, in about 40 square meters of space, there is a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a large and bright living area where an additional foldaway bed can be placed, a functional kitchenette complete with oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, a bathroom with window and shower. Guest access The cottage is located within a fenced property surrounded by greenery. Guests access it independently and have exclusive outdoor spaces such as the porch, garden, and pavement. Spaces defined by hedges, vases and curbs allow for proper privacy without imposing and overwhelming boundaries. Other shared open spaces are available within the property, where you can move freely. The house where the host lives, also within the property, has a garden and exclusive spaces away from the cottage and out of sight, so as not to compromise each other's privacy. Other things to note The location between the beach and the railway/road ridge makes the cottage comfortable and practical; getting around is simple and fast. 90 minutes from Rome and 130 from Florence, it can be reached via the SS Aurelia, exiting at the Ansedonia Sud junction and traveling 2.5 km. The train is also convenient with stops at the Capalbio and Orbetello stations; nevertheless, it is recommended to have a car available in order to better appreciate the peculiarities of the vast territory of the Silver Coast.
