This is a dedicated AirBnB location. Bookings outside of the AirBnB app is prohibited and will be declined. Baguio is a busy town with an endless list of places to go and things to do. We welcome our guests to enjoy their visit without compromising comfort and peace of mind. This newly built 5800sf penthouse suite known as The Pines Suite, is perfect for the traveling family. It is a very clean, stylish, and spacious one bedroom with a two-bed suite. It comes with basic amenities, hot/cold water, smart systems, and new furnishings. My co-host and I will personally will be reachable through AirBnB messaging, as all concerns be discussed on for future references. I will have my turnover staff available as well to answer any other questions concerning the space. Being at the center of the city, expect to be surrounded by a busy but not boisterous sound of hustle and bustle. With a university nearby and commercial spaces and restaurants on the lower levels of most of the buildings on Session Road, as well as local fresh markets scattered around the city, the area is definitely a Mecca of on-the-go people. At an architectural standpoint there is a mix of old and new, from old staple roof structures of Maharlika to the modern design structures of SM Mall. We do not have parking available for our units. There is self pay public parking located within walking distance on Mabini Street. Please carefully review all notices and rules below. ***No Pets ***No Smoking ***No rearranging interior decor and furniture ***No Loitering ***Noise ordinance: 8:30pm ****Penalties/Fees**** The guest who reserves the booking must stay in the unit for the duration of the booking. If the reservation is made for others without the original booker present the entire reservation will be forfeited with no refund. - Late check-in fee: $20 - Any alterations to your booking in regards to the guest count made within 24 hours of check-in will be charged a fee of $20 as it requires us to re-deploy our turnover team to make the proper adjustments. - Lost keys will incur a charge of $50. - Any complaints from neighbors about noise or any disturbance may forfeit your entire deposit. *Cooking Rules* Although we provide some cooking utensils, we suggest to our guests to please be cautious while cooking and courteous with cleanliness. Please turn off and/or unplug any appliances used during your stay. - The unit shall not be used by the guests as an event venue for personal occasions where additional guests will be visiting, thus, causing disturbance to the other residents of the unit. - No offensive, improper or unlawful activity is tolerated in the premises and in the unit - Do not bring in harmful, flammable, combustible, explosive material into the unit - No smoking inside the unit - No pets of any kind is allowed in the unit. Any non-compliant activity will be subject to fees and or automatically forfeit your stay without refund. ***AMENITIES*** Please be advised, consumable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, water bottles, coffee, and soaps are limited only for the initial check-in and will not be replenished by the host or staff until the next guest check-in. Current guests must provide their own additional amenities for the remainder of their stay. Entertainment and Media Wifi and Smart TV is available. Booked guest will need to log in their personal media accounts for privacy and convenience.
