Nested in a sacred space of Baler, Aurora, this villa is fronting the mangrove beach and is directly accessing the Cobra Reef break, one of the Philippines' best surfing and hydro foiling spot suitable for all levels. Recalibrate yourself in the sandy front yard or set up your WFH station in the open living space as you enjoy wandering through the peaceful surroundings. This Villa is ready for you for all sorts of grounding. The villa is also powered by solar, an essential to have in our area. The space The villa is fully fenced. A two bedroom home fit for four people. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a full size mirror with work space. The second bedroom has two double beds with a 50” TV with Netflix and lots of reading material. We have a small grill for guests to use at their convenience provided they bring their own charcoal. The shared kitchen is fully functioning with complete kitchenware, dining ware, and drinking water. To add, it also has basic condiments for consumption. Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire villa when booked. They also have access to the mangrove garden/beach in front. Other things to note Mindfulness in the consumption of energy in the villa is key. Oftentimes, the province experiences power outages, and guests won’t be able to feel this because of the solar system set up. Hence, it is recommended to always minimize the use of electricity to save power stored in the battery for back-up. The water heater and both ACs are not connected to the solar system. If the guests experience them not working, there is a power outage. They can still use the lights, fans, and other outlets labeled “solar.”
