At the foot of the stairs you have a French Louis XIV style burl wood console table to place your "modern essentials." Move along to hang up your hat and/or coat (no check ticket needed!). Then pass through the entry and get ready to relax and enjoy the comfort! Come indulge yourself in this lavishly furnished gin mill suite! Gab, drink, or do the Charleston in the parlor (living room area). If you are feeling lucky, head over to the poker table and place your bets! (Dining table converts into a game table!) Or just sit and watch in the booth inspired by the Green Mill where all the mob gangsters used to hang out! (Green Mill is still open with live Jazz Music; just a 6 minute drive!) Help yourself to an Old Fashioned or whip up a meatloaf in the kitchen that's equipped with a stove top/oven, microwave and fridge among other modern conveniences. Pick one of the two bedrooms and relax and admire the wall mural of Cockatoos and Avocado (the same art work that was hanging in Al Capone's prison cell!)
