Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Few minutes walking distance from beach, supermarket, food court, nightlife, restaurants, shopping etc. The house has fully equipped kitchen, super comfy living and air conditioning in bedrooms, great internet, two bathrooms with shower, private parking and a new pool. The house comes with full access to three jet skis and 26 foot boat, which are all perfect for a family activity. Plus operating expenses Our space is lovely and has been slowly customized since 2019 to be truly a home with everything you need, and with the surrounding area offering so much! On entering the home, there is a large kitchen and island which flows straight into the dining and living space. Our living space has a large couch and 70” TV. These areas open onto an enclosed patio space with lounge seating and a bar. It has mood lighting and great for entertaining. Our enclosed patio will open onto our new pool which is to be completed January 1st, 2023. It’ll be a 10x14 pool with outside dining, bar and BBQ stations. The hole extends also from the living down a king hallways that is lined with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The last space will be the large master room with its own bathroom. The master room also has a large flat screen TV. There is also a desk and office chair I. This space for those that need to do some work in comfort. The second room has 2 single beds, and third room has a queen bed. They share a bathroom. We certainly can’t forget our personal custom GYM with squat rack, Olympic Bar, Dumbbells, Spin Bike and more goodies to allow you to stay in check. This space is also air-conditioned and a speaker for music. The laundry is located in the storage space. There are automatic gates to enter the property. We are also available through messaging (respond very quick) to help guest navigate and ensure their experience is optimized while in Barbados. There is so much to do in the area. There is a golf course and club house around the corner. Food court and music down the street. Amazing eating and fun bars around as well. There is plenty of parking in the gated property. We may also have a vehicle available at an additional charge.
