Bright, 25 meter independent studio apartment with equipped kitchen, including everything you need for short or medium term stays. Fast internet, smart 32" flat screen TV (Netflix ready). Guest access The whole studio apartment will be for you. Other things to note Check-in is only possible between 14:00 and 17:00. I don't live on site, so please let's make an appointment to meet at the apartment. If you need a later check-in please contact me BEFORE BOOKING and we can agree on a specific time, if it's possible on our side. Late check-in will be charged extra unless agreed upon before the day of arrival. If late check-in is requested on the same day, we might no be able to accommodate you and you will be marked as "no show". For same day booking please write me first, to agree if and when it is possible to check-in. For guests who still have zero reviews (and only those), I kindly ask for a brief chat in advance and a 200€ cash deposit at time of check-in. I hope you can find that acceptable. Deposit will be returned in person at check-out if everything is in order. EDIT ONLY FOR PAST BOOKINGS: The city of Cologne charges a 5% tourist tax. You will be asked to pay this % at the beginning of your stay. Exceptions (only until June 30): you need the accommodation for work.
