Bedroom 2- King bed Bedroom 3 - Full bed (futon) - W/D also in this room This property is located 6 miles from downtown Wabasha, where guests will find shops, local eateries, the National Eagle Center and other attractions. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. This includes children age 2 and older. Guest access Guests will have access to the main floor of the property, with the exception of the adjacent living quarters, which has a separate entrance. Other things to note Primary bedroom has shared door to adjacent living quarters (shown in photo). Shared door has lock on both sides for security. **Sun porch is not climate controlled. There are ceiling fans and a space heaters , but there is no heat or A/C vented to the space. The fireplace is not available for guests to use. There is no boat on the property, but guests are welcome to bring one. There is a public boat landing 12 minutes away, and pontoon and fishing boat rentals are available in town. There is no dock on the property, but there are rope cleats to tie a boat to the sea wall - see photos for more details. Guests bringing boats should bring all necessary ropes and bumpers. Guests will need to use stairs to get to and from the water.
