The room has air conditioning with cooling, heating, and dehumidifying functions, allowing you to maintain a pleasant temperature year-round. To ensure more peaceful nights of rest, the room also has sunshades that allow the space to be darkened considerably, as well as a mosquito net. In the living room, you will find a new and comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two more adults. To get to the apartment, you have to climb some stairs, which are equipped with a handrail for greater safety and comfort. During their stay, guests can freely use the apartment, the balcony and all the amenities available inside. Guests can enter the property and park for free in the designated parking space. We only ask that you be careful not to park in a way that blocks or hinders vehicles from exiting the property's garage, thus ensuring access and circulation for everyone. The property features a garden with natural grass. This area is for the private use of the owner and the other accommodation on the property, so it is not part of the areas for the exclusive use of this apartment. The apartment's balcony is, in turn, a private space available to guests, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, reading or simply enjoying the pleasant view of the ocean and the mountains. To keep the apartment clean, comfortable, and pleasant for all guests, we would appreciate it if you could avoid, whenever possible, wearing outdoor shoes indoors. Other things to note The apartment features a small private terrace for the exclusive use of the guests, where you can simultaneously enjoy a pleasant view of the mountains and the sea. Parking is private, free and spacious, allowing you to park with convenience. For reasons related to the organization of the property, pets are not allowed in the accommodation. There is a dog in the owner's private area. The area where it is located is separate from the area intended for guests and, due to its calm temperament and the characteristics of the space, it should not interfere with or disturb the stay. There are two supermarkets nearby, making it possible to do everyday shopping easily. In the area and in the surroundings, you will also find several dining options. For dining, you can choose from different restaurants nearby or travel to the village of Ponta do Sol, about 15–20 minutes away by car, or to the towns of Madalena do Mar and Lugar de Baixo, where you will find other options. The apartment is in a location that makes it easy to explore different parts of the island. There are several beaches in the municipality itself (Vila da Ponta do Sol, Lugar de Baixo and Madalena), generally about a 15-minute drive away, allowing you to enjoy the sea and explore different parts of the coast. For those who prefer to use public transportation, there is a bus stop about a 5-minute walk away, on a street perpendicular to the street where the house is located. Madeira Airport is approximately a 1-hour drive, depending on traffic and road conditions. There are recycling points on the same street, allowing guests to separate waste during their stay. We value more sustainable practices and, whenever possible, organic waste is used by the owner for composting and later use in the vegetable garden. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher, providing greater convenience during your stay. There is another accommodation on the property located at the bottom.
