Other things to note * The spiral staircase connecting the two levels of this home is very narrow and steep; make sure to use the handrail, and we strongly caution that this home may not be suitable for small children or the elderly. *The gas fireplace will be turned off in the summer months of June - August. * We are located in a very quiet neighborhood with other homes, and sound travels very easily. Please respect our neighbors! No outdoor activities after 10 pm. Absolutely no parties allowed. * Black bears frequent the area and do know how to open car doors, especially if there is food inside. Keep your car doors locked and children close by. Do NOT feed the bears, as this is extremely dangerous for both humans and bears.
